These Terms govern your access to and use of ablestarsaba.com (the “Site”). “Able Stars ABA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Able Stars ABA, LLC and its affiliated entities. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You represent that you are at least 18, and that if you submit information about a child you are that child’s parent or legal guardian, or a professional authorized to make the referral.
Site content is informational only. It is not medical, clinical, legal, or insurance advice and is not a substitute for professional evaluation or treatment. Using the Site or submitting a form does not create a provider-client relationship; that begins only when services are initiated through our intake process and the applicable agreements are signed.
The Site is not monitored continuously and must not be used to report an emergency. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Able Stars ABA at that number. We use text messaging only for service-related communication and do not send promotional or marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of receiving services or of any purchase.
Types of messages. Appointment reminders, scheduling and coordination, follow-ups, and billing inquiries. Example: “Hi! This is a reminder of your Able Stars ABA session on Tuesday, March 4 at 3:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Opt-in methods. Verbally with our staff, by checking the consent checkbox on a form on our Site, or by submitting a form that includes the consent disclosure.
Frequency and rates. Up to 30 messages per month; frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and rates may differ for domestic and international messages.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and mobile opt-in data is never shared or sold to third parties or lead generators. See our Privacy Policy. Email and standard text messaging are not secure — do not send sensitive clinical information through either channel.
If you are uninsured or not submitting a claim to a health plan, you have the right to a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges under the No Surprises Act. We provide one within one business day if you schedule at least three business days ahead, within three business days if you schedule at least ten business days ahead, and within three business days of any request. If your bill is at least $400 more than the estimate, you may dispute it through the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process within 120 days of the bill date. You agree not to use the Site unlawfully; submit information about another person without authority; submit false or fraudulent information; attempt unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any data; introduce malware or disrupt the Site; scrape or harvest information by automated means; impersonate any person; or copy or redistribute Site content beyond personal, non-commercial use.
Site content, including the Able Stars ABA name and marks, is owned by Able Stars ABA, LLC or its licensors, and any other use requires our written permission. The Site may link to or embed third-party content we do not control and are not responsible for. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time; that does not affect any active service agreement, the provider-client relationship, your health records, or continuity of care.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability arising from the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). You agree to indemnify Able Stars ABA, LLC against claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or submission of information you were not authorized to provide.
This section applies to the Site only. Nothing in it limits liability for professional negligence in the delivery of clinical services, for personal injury or death caused by negligence, for fraud or intentional misconduct, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These Terms are governed by Maryland law, except where the law of the state in which services are delivered governs those services. Please contact us first to resolve any concern informally. Disputes about the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in Baltimore, Maryland; disputes about clinical services are addressed in the applicable service agreement. If any provision is unenforceable it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force, and failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may modify these Terms at any time; changes are effective when posted and we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.
